Diet, correct exercise and understanding the anatomy is the key to success! That the creed personal trainer Zee “Shredded Diesel” lives by. Zee which his original name is Abdalaziz Al Sayegh was born in kuwait and started weight training at a very young age of 13, Zee a skinny determined teenager dedicated to enhancing his image and self worth, worked out continuously with minimum success. Zee soon realized that exercise alone would not give him the results he was looking for, he soon realized that diet and nutrition is 80% for success in weight training whether your aim is to lose weight or gain muscle.
By the age of 17 Zee started to experiment with all different types of diet and training on himself, some were a success and some were a failure so he learned to work around mistakes and plateaus. So learning from past mistakes as he reached the age of 18 he decided to test his theory. Understanding that not everyone responds the same, he created an individual exercise and diet plan for three of his closes friends. Working closely by their side and determined to make a difference Zee successfully transformed their bodies and understood that everyone’s genetics are different.
