DETAILS & DIRECTIONS
Supply: 1 kg.
Flavour: Chocolate.
How to take: Pour water, juice, yoghurt or milk in a large cup and the scoops to the liquid. Don't fill the scoop all the way to the top and don't compress the powder please! Take 5 x 3/4 full scoops per day. You can take Komplete spaced throughout the day or space it around your training.
Each tub will last: Depending on how much you use, Komplete can last between 7-11 days per tub. This product is not about how long it lasts but the supreme results in body change it produces in such a short space of time.
