This is the exact routine Neale uses to beef up his shoulders when preparing for competitions and photo-shoots. It has always worked incredibly well for him with rapid results. Neale performs this workout once a week and perfoms to failure on each set to ensure maximum muscle growth and size.
Mr Universe Shoulder Routine
Barbell front raises 4 x 6-12
Seated dumbbell press or barbell press 5 x 6-8 (heavy sets)
Barbell upright rows 5 x 8-10
Bent over dumbbell lateral raises Superset with standing lat raise 4 x 10-12 of both
Smith machine shrugs 4 x 10
Post Training
