Muscle Building Tuna Steaks with Cilantro Lime Marinade
Try this recipe to rebuild and refuel your muscles

Try this delicious tuna steak marinade that's high protein, low in carbs and low in fat for your muscle building needs. This meal is ideal for lunch or as a post-workout meal.
Ingredients
2 tuna steaks
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp freshly minced ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
juice and zest of 2 limes
2 cups fresh baby spinach
Directions
Rinse and dry tuna steaks
Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice and zest in a bowl and whisk together
Pour marinade into a freezer bag and then place tuna steaks in with the marinade. Seal bag and place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
5 minutes before you take the tuna out of the refrigerator, heat the grill on high
Place the tuna steaks on the hot grill and cook about 2-3 minutes per side, reserving marinade
While the tuna is cooking, place the remaining marinade in a small pot over medium low heat and cook a few minutes until thickened
Remove from grill and let sit for a few minutes
Serve over top of baby spinach with warmed marinade over top
