Charlie Evans makes a BIG comeback !!!

Charlie Evans just got back from competing at the B.P.O. UK Open / Bench Press Championships at Llanelli in South Wales.
The last time he had lifted was at the B.P.O. British Powerlifitng championship is Bath, in April 2006 and had a long break dDue to family and work commitments. He was only able to train and lift in the Bench Press Championships, however even that was going to be a challenge...
We were all astonished and extremely pleased to hear the results from the recent competition. Charlie not only WON his class to become the UK Open Master Bench Press Champion 2007, but also broke the British Bench Press record by 15 kilos (which he held before as well). To finish off the very productive day that he was having, he was awarded the Best Master Bench Press Lifter of the Competition, which is worked out by a formula of age, body weight, poundages lifted, etc... A Champion of Champions Award to speak...
On his competition Charlie says: "Everything I achieved on Sunday, 30th September is due to hard work, consistent training and more importantly LA Muscle's LA Whey, which has been the back bone of my nutrition during the build-up to these championships.
