Paul Amos wins the NPA South East

Paul Amos competed in the NPA South East, held on 6th September at the Court Theatre in Tring. He won the Middleweight Class. Paul is generally pleased with the outcome especially that he decided to do the show four weeks ago. In the run up to the show Paul had been taking Norateen Hollywood Body.
Now Paul is focused on the preparation for the British Finals in October.
