The gorgeous Caroline Pearce heads on down to the Lifestyle Institute (TLI) to have a Powerplate workout at this exclusive centre.
The Lifestyle Institute (TLI) is a fully dedicated Power Plate studio, located in Moorgate, London, UK. They provide Power Plate sessions, led by a highly experienced personal trainer as well as other services such as bespoke weight management programmes, acupuncture, massage therapy and a host of other holistic treatments.
Caroline shows you around TLI and explores their services by having an intense group session where she exercises all parts of her body. She also speaks with the people behind this concept, Jessica and Peter, to find out what inspired them to bring a complementary business into the heart of the City.
