The gorgeous Caroline Pearce heads on down to the Lifestyle Institute (TLI) to have a Powerplate workout at this exclusive centre.
The Lifestyle Institute (TLI) is a fully dedicated Power Plate studio, located in Moorgate, London, UK. They provide Power Plate sessions, led by a highly experienced personal trainer as well as other services such as bespoke weight management programmes, acupuncture, massage therapy and a host of other holistic treatments.
Caroline shows you around TLI and explores their services by having an intense group session where she exercises all parts of her body.
