5 x UKBFF Champion Lazaro loves to work his abs and has been labelled the ‘Abs of Steel’. Lazaro says that although training for stomach muscles is essential, one must also ensure they eat a clean diet as you ultimately need low body fat levels for your abs to shine at their best.
Lazaro always does a 30 minute cardio session before working directly on his abs to help remove any unwanted body fat from his stomach region.

- Weighted Ab Crunches 4 x 12 – 15 reps
- Cross Crunches 4 x 12 – 15 reps
- Hanging Leg Raises 4 x 20-30 reps
- Ab Roller 3 x 12 – 15 reps
Lazaro also believes that taking the
right supplements is imperative as it provides the abdominal region with the
