In the world of alternative Testosterone boosting, there aren’t many ingredients that have scientific studies proving their effectiveness. It is a shadowy world of pseudo-science and unproven claims.

Another study in 2009 showed that D-Aspartic Acid increased synthesis and release of Testosterone (2).
