Love a good ice cream, but hate the ridiculous levels of sugar and fat? If so then fear not as LA Muscle have come up with this amazing recipe that's packed with protein for a post-workout treat from the Gods! You can also enjoy this protein enriched ice cream at anytime during the day to help increase your protein macros.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops LA Whey protein in chocolate
- 1 teaspoon baking power
- 10-15 cubes of ice
- 200ml skimmed milk
- Handful of sugar free Marshmallows and nuts (optional)
Directions
- Blend the ice for two minutes
- Halfway through blending, stop and add the LA Whey powder, baking powder and skimmed milk
- Continue blending until it forms a creamy texture
- Eat immediately or place in the freezer to consume later
- Add the marshmallows on top when ready to enjoy and some nuts (optional)
