Ingredients: 
- 1 Scoop LA Tone Slim Whey Protein
- 1 Muller Light Strawberry Yogurt
- 75 grams Strawberries
- 250ml 1% Milk
- 3 Packets of Truvia (Calorie Free Sugar)
- Ice can be added if you like it cold and refreshing.
- Pineapple (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Leave to stand for 3 minutes, top off with Pineapple and strawberry (optional). Pour out and enjoy.
