High Protein Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams grilled chicken
  • Ready made low fat pizza base (from your local supermarket)
  • 75 gram cottage cheese
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 50-80 grams onions
  • 100 grams Red & Green Peppers
  • 100 grams fresh tomatoes
  • Basil & Sauce (size dependent on individual)

Directions:

    1. Have your ready made base on an oven tray
    2. Spread the basil and sauce onto the base
    3. Followed by the cottage cheese
    4. Top up with chicken
    5. Then add your sweetcorn
    6. Throw in the onions, and peppers
    7. Finish off by adding the tomatoes
    8. Oven cook for 20-30 minutes
