• 1 heaped tablespoon LA Muscle crunchy Peanut butter
• 600ml unsweetened almond milk

This is an incredibly simple and delicious high protein treat. Simply add all ingredients into a large blender and blend for 30 seconds until the ingredients form a thick, smooth shake. Pour into a glass and enjoy! This shake is perfect after a workout-
