The EFBB East of England was once again organised by Mr Dennis "sugar" Christopher of www.sugarsinternational.com.
This was a well organised show with lots of people attending. In fact, it was standing room only and then you struggled to find a space!
The cheers of the crowd for the Heavyweights class were unbearable. This must have been the loudest and noisiset show we had been to for a long time. It was crazy!
The Juniors went to Dominic Fengaras, First timers to Scott Willaimson, Seniors to a massive and very cool Paul Rowe (great physique, Intermediates to Mark Hammond, 70kg to Carlos Dos Santos Aca, 80kg to James Llewellin, Body Fitness to Silvia Silvicova (sole competitor). Sorry we missed the winner's names for the 90 & 90+ because of the noise!
By the way, the show was on a very hot day in a relatively small non-air-conditioned hall, so bear this in mind when looking at the competitors who were sweating like crazy. Anyway, here we go; hope you enjoy the photos. There is some serious Beef towards the end as you near the Heavyweights class. Also check out the mass on the Seniors winner Paul Rowe.
