Try This Dumbbell Workout You Can Do Anywhere

When the gym is crowded or your strapped for time there are always a range of different exercises you can do that don’t require a lot of equipment and working in as little as 20-30 minutes can give you a great full body workout.

This workout has 4 exercises and is designed to be done back to back with no limit. You can do it in as quick as time as you want but if you’ve never done it before then we recommend pacing yourself.

Grab a pair of dumbbells that are challenging for you but no so challenging a weight that you can’t lift it above your head with ease. You’ll be completing the full 50 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next one.

  • 50 THRUSTERS
  • 50 DUMBBELL SNATCHES
  • 50 DUMBBELL OVERHEAD LUNGES
  • 50 RENEGADE ROWS

Once you’ve done this workout once, you can always improve on it by trying to beat your time every time you do it and you can also increase the weight of the dumbbells to make it more challenging. Give it a go!
