6-Year-Old Boy Sets Incredible Russian Press Up Record
He Also Won A Prize For His Family

If you ever thought that your press up record was impressive then think again after this recent effort as a six-year old Russian boy has achieved something beyond the dreams of even the most seasoned bodybuilder. Ibrahim Lyanov, the superhuman six-year old boy from the Russian region of Novy Redant, broke two world records, one for the number of push-ups in one set and the other for the total amount of push-ups achieved in about two hours.
Not only did Ibrahim put his name in the record books but in the process he also won his family an apartment, given to them by a local sports club called Chingiz. Ibrahim entered the Russian Book of Records setting a new record for the most press ups in one continuous attempt, with a total of 4,445 press ups.
In preparation for his record attempt, Ibrahim had been training at the local sports club Chingiz every day with his father to help him win the competition. He even still attends the sports club at least twice a week.
