Sweet Potato Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup, mashed Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled)
  • 1/4 cup, chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Egg White
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • A dash of Chilli Sauce

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in bowl

2. Divide into 1/4 cup patties (13 patties) and cook in a pan for approx 5 min per side.
