DELICIOUS SHAKE - Serious protein shake!

We live on this stuff here at LA Muscle and we are 100% sure that you will love it:

  • Pour 1/2 pint of water/milk or soya milk into a blender
  • Pour 1 cup of rice crispies
  • Put 1 banana in
  • Pour 1-2 spoonfuls of Flax oil
  • Pour 2-3 scoops of any flavour Bio_Activator in (we use any choc, vanilla, strawberry, banana or cappuccino flavour)
  • Put 4-5 ice cubes in
  • Blend for 2 minutes

Drink this extremely powerful weight gain-protein drink any time of day!

  • Pour a medium pot of yoghurt into a blender. Any yoghurt will do, although it is best to start off with plain yoghurt!
  • Add 1/2 cup of water.
  • Add 2 scoops of LA Whey.
  • Add a handful of ice.
  • Mix in a tiny spoonful of honey (more if you have a sweet tooth!).
  • After around 30 seconds, pour out and enjoy!
  • Drink this powerful mixture after your workout and feel the buzz!

Note: Vary the amount of water you add, to suit your taste. i.e. more water, for a thin shake. Less, for a frozen-yoghurt dessert.
