Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Tofu is somewhat of an acquired taste however give this quick and easy recipe a try for a delicious dessert or snack option that’s ready in less than 5 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
- 110g tofu
- 30g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 ripe medium banana
- Pinch of cinnamon
Yields 1 serving
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth for around 1 min
- Serve in small bowl or cup
- Top with dark cherries and sprig of mint
- Enjoy!
