Repo BCAA Ice Lollies
A refreshing summer snack

Summer is here and as you'll want to spend as much time enjoying the sun as possible we've come up with this creative way to get your BCAAs as well as have a refreshing treat to cool off from the hot sun with our flavoured ice lollies made from LA Muscle's Repo and fresh fruit.
Ingredients
250g strawberries
150ml cold water
12 scoops repo
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor
Blend for 1 min or until smooth
Pour the mixture evenly into ice lolly moulds
Put in 3-4 hours until frozen
Remove and enjoy!
