Peanut butter protein pancakes
Quick, easy and delicous peanut butter protein pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 100g oats
- 250ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- handful of redskin peanuts
- 3 tablespoons of LA Muscle Peanut Butter
1 scoop LA Muscle Whey Gold

Protein - 47g
Fats - 38g
Carbohydrates - 74g
Calories - 826
How to make...
- Grease the pan with a small amount of virgin coconut oil and pre heat at a high temperature.
- Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds until a batter consistency is formed.
- Evenly pour the contents into the pre heated pan until you have your desired pancake thickness.
- Heat for 1/2 minutes each side (dependent on pancake thickness)
