Egg whites on French toast - A great start to your day

Ingredients: 
3 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1/2 cup 100% egg whites
1 large egg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Vegetable cooking oil spray
Add fruits of your choice
Method:
Spray griddle or frying pan with cooking oil spray. Heat over medium heat until water bounces when a drop is placed on griddle. Whisk together egg whites, egg & cinnamon. Dip bread slices in egg mixture & place on hot griddle without crowding. When brown on one side, flip over & cook to golden brown on other side.
