Ingredients:

  • 4 Beef cutlets
  • Sea salt

To granish:

  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt & pepper
  • 250g cooked haricot beans

Prepare the garnish: Finely slice the potatoes and place on the bottom of an over dish. Spread the sliced onion and finely chopped garlic cloves on top of the potatoes.
Add some salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle a little olive oil on top. Place in the oven at 160 ºC for about 20 minutes. When the potatoes with onion are done, remove from the oven and remove any excess oil. Keep to one side.

In the same oil heat the haricot beans in the oven.
Season the cutlets with sea salt, pour a little oil over them and place under a hot grill. Halfway through cooking, turn them over so they are golden on the outside and pink inside.
Add salt if necessary, serve with the potatoes, onion and beans.
