The world's fattest kid
The boy weighing 192kg at 10 years of age

What do you do when your bundle of joy grows up to weigh a whopping 192kgs at just 10 years of age? Arya Permana of Indonesia has become so fat that he can no longer go to school and constantly complains of shortness of breath. He was born at a normal 3.2 kgs but by the time he was 2 years old, his growth had become abnormal. The doctors in the parents' village have said there is nothing wrong with him. People have been quick to blame the parents and have a go at the kid himself for eating too much - he reportedly eats 5 times a day, each meal being twice the size of a normal adults. Observers have pointed to Prader-Willi Syndrome which results in eating disorders and abnormal eating. Whatever the reason, this child clearly needs help as this sort of weight cannot be doing his organs any favours at such a young age. It is a sad story and let's hope he gets the help he needs before it's too late.
