Ingredients
14oz Beef skirt steaks,
Parsley, handful
Oregano, handful
Chilli flakes, pinch
Garlic, 5 cloves, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil, glug
Plum tomatoes, 6
Rocket, handful
Parmesan shavings

Method
