Chia seed, flaxseed and cranberries are all packed with fibre to keep your digestive system happy. With almost 6g of fibre, this recipe contributes to a significant amount of your daily needs in just one glass. Ingredients
1 tbsp dried Unsweetened Cranberries
1 scoop LA Whey Vanilla
1/2 cup frozen Cherries
1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 tbsp Flaxseeds
1/3 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (cartoned)
Crushed Ice

Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend, pour and enjoy!
