Ben is now the 2000 ANB UK and World Champion. He won the Central England Champs and two weeks later won the Heavyweight AND the Overall title. A few weeks after that, Ben won the World Heavyweight Championships in Holland. This is a unique accomplishment. This means that Ben is the "best" natural bodybuilder in the UK and the World. Ben has competed 3 times in the ANB, placing 3rd (1996) and 1st (1998) in the South Eastern Heavyweight Qualifier. Ben is a primary school teacher and works full time during the week!
