Rosemary Salmon

Rosemary Marinated Salmon, High in protein with no Carbs at all and Packed with healthy fats. Perfect for an evening meal

RATE:  
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled, or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 six ounce salmon steaks

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, except salmon, then add some pepper to taste.
  2. Pour the mix into the bottom of a small baking dish.
  3. Add the salmon steaks and turn them over to coat.
  4. Leave in the dish to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  5. Wrap each steak individually in aluminium foil.
  6. Place in the Oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 °F
