  • Benefits of eating oats include aiding weight loss, the lowering of cholesterol and blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease.
  • They are a good source of carbs and fibre, containing a powerful soluble fibre called beta-glucan.
  • Oats are naturally gluten-free and contain more protein and healthy fats than any other grain.
