Transgender man BANNED from gym due to breasts
Female transitioning to male is discriminated against

Ali Ramezan, 27 years old was born a woman and is undergoing transition to become a man. Whilst going to the male changing rooms in his local gym at Plymouth, he was asked to stop and instead use the female changing rooms or not use the gym at all.
Ali says he has been using the gym for years but apparently, according to the manager of the gym, there have been a spate of complaints about his female genitals and breasts being on show in the male changing rooms and showers. He was told that because he has a vagina and breasts, he must use the female changing rooms.
Ali began dressing in male clothes and wrapping his breasts at 24. He says he is going through the transition and sees himself as a male. Under the law, people cannot discriminate against transgender people. Ali has since left the gym. The manager of the gym says he is disappointed and has tried to help Ali over the years.
