This smoothie recipe is extremely refreshing and provides effective detox ingredients to help rid your body of unwanted toxins. It’s very easy to make and tastes delicious!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop spirulina powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop coconut ice cream
  • 1 scoop plant protein
  • 200ml water or plant-based milk

Yields 1 serving

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (2-3 minutes on pulse). If you want it thicker you can either add a bit of ice or if making it in advance
  • Leave it in the fridge for up to an hour
  • Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
