It's simple to make and can also be consumed anytime during the day for a protein boost.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops LA Whey Protein in strawberry
- Handful of fresh strawberries
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 300-500ml of water (depending on how you like the consistency of the shake)
