If you fancy something different for your post-workout nutrition then try this delicious tasting protein desert.

Ingredients

  • 250ml 1% milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 2 scoops Vanilla LA Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp calorie and sugar-free caramel syrup (optional)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful crushed ice

Method

  1. In a high-powered blender, mix together the almond milk, espresso, vanilla protein, coconut oil, vanilla extract and crushed ice.
  2. Pour into a glass and drizzle over the caramel syrup, if using.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
