  • Can of Tuna in spring water or brine
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Red Onions
  • Light mayo (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients on the bread starting with the lettuce and tomato add the tuna and top off with the cucumber and onion. Add mayo if you like. Eat, enjoy and refuel your muscles.
