High Protein Tuna Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 450g of Tuna
  • 40g of chopped onion (1/2 small onion)
  • 1 large carrot (shredded)
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 4 egg whites
  • 20g of chopped chives
  • 40g of bread crumbs
  • Spices for taste
Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

If you like spices you can add chilli or paprika here as well.

Take a tray and cover with a non-stick piece of baking paper.

Spray the paper lightly with low fat cooking spray.

Grill patties on both side until brown.
