Ingredients: 
• 1 cup of whole grain Oats
• 1tbs Almond butter
• 2 Egg whites
• 2 Scoops of LA Whey
• 2 tea spoons Splenda
• 1 tbs Baking powder
• ¼ cup of Raisins
Method:
1. Mix together 1 cup of the oats, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 2 scoops of protein powder, 2 egg whites, 2 tea spoons of splenda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to form a stiff batter. 
2. Add 1/4 cup of Raisins. 
3. To prevent the bars from sticking, line your baking pan with parchment paper. 
4. Press the batter into the baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
