Protein Packed Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 100g of oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • A splash of skimmed milk
  • Toppings of your choice
  • (here we have used strawberries – mix in beautifully with the chocolate LA Whey protein.
  • 1 Scoop LA Whey (Chocolate)

Directions:

1. Grind up oats in a blender so they are nice and fine

2. Add them into a bowl

3. Chuck in the 2 egg whites

4. Pour in the skimmed milk

5. Stir.

6. The mix should have quite a thick consistency but not un pourable!

7. Heat up a frying pan

8. Add 3/4 sprays of fry light

9. Pour in mixture

10. Cook until toasted golden on both sides
