Simon has been training for Strongman competitions for a few years.

His achievements so far are:

• Britains Strongest Man U105kg Southern Qualifier 2011- 2nd Place
• Englands Strongest Man U105kg Southern Qualifier 2011- 2nd Place
• Englands most powerful man U105kg- 2nd place
• Britain’s Strongest man U105 kg- 4th place
• Sheringham Carnival Strongman August 2008- 5th place
• England’s Strongest Man U105kg in July 2008- Top 6 qualify for Britain’s strongest man under 105kg – 4th place
• London’s Strongest Man July 2008- 6th place
• 2009- UK-s Strongest Man Under 105kg- 3rd place
• 2009- Swindon's Strongest Man
• 2009- South East Strongest Man- 4th place in the open class
• March 2010- competed in the South of England's Strongest man u105kg- 1st place
• 2011 - uks strongest man u105kg - 2nd Place

In the future Simon intends to compete at the highest level as this has always been a dream of his.
