Liam Glynn
University of Wales Institute Cardiff Rugy Player
Liam Glynn has had a broad history in rugby and is a proficient amateur lifter.
He played his rugby at UWIC (University of Wales Institute, Cardiff) and is currently finishing a Bsc Hons in Sports Coaching. He has been playing rugby for the University during his entire course and is a regular in the 1st XV.
The University consistently holds the top spot throughout the season and competes at the highest level of University rugby in the Premier A division of the BUSA league. Dai Watts, previously coach of the Wales U21s squad has expressly recommended Liam to compete in the upcoming Welsh Power lifting championships.
With the weight that Liam is able to lift, he believes that he could do very well in the <95kg competition. Liam is also eager to play professional rugby when he leaves University in the following season. He regularly uses LA Muscle products to help him achieve his fitness goals.
“I have found in the past that Norateen Heavyweight II and LA Whey have provided me with staple supplementation during the rugby season”.
