Michael began to train after looking at old Secondary School photo’s where he was rather overweight. In his last year at school when Michael was 16 he started to train setting himself food plans and exercise regimes.
After an undedicated year or two, Michael noticed an old photo of him and realised what great weight loss results he had noticed after making so little effort. This really inspired Michael to continue training but really dedicate himself to it.
A few years later with the use of eating well, great supplements and daily training regimes, Michael completely transformed his life and body. He decided to leave his job as a builder and do something that makes him want to get out of bed in the morning.
Michael is now a qualified Personal Trainer and is currently studying for his diploma in advanced Personal Training, Nutrition and sports therapy.
