Here's what Angie says:
"I'm very lucky to have Kimberley Anne- Jones as my training partner. We've been training together at Skyline Gym for 1 year and she is definitely the backbone of my success as a bodybuilder. Together we train 5 days a week. I train twice a day 6 times a week. I run for 1 hour in the mornings and than weight train. In the evenings I train for 2 hours with Kim. Her workouts are hardcore but that's what big guns are made out of. I train like my life depends on it! No messing around. My 'True Life' story will be out soon. It's about how I lost 5 stones, got over my illness and how fitness competitions and my new clean life style has totally changed my life. Within 1 year I gave up smoking, drinking, partying and dedicated all my time to training. My diet totally changed too. I stopped eating dairy and wheat products altogether as well as sugar, fats and salt. All I dring is water with vitamin C supplement drinks. This keeps me extra lean all year round. I don't even drink diet Coke. My motto is 'If you aint doing it 100% don't do it at all'. I've always been like that and the results are amazing. I love my new look and these days I inspire and help other people to live their dreams too."
Angie is now training to qualify for the NPA British Championships and will also be competing in NABBA show 2006. She represents health and fitness and we are proud to sponsor her.
