Nigel is part of the only Welsh side in history to have won a rugby world championship. As well as being a top rugby player, Nigel is studying a Masters for a degree in Pharmacology. Here's what Nigel has to say about some of the LA Muscle products he has used so far: " I took Cobra with me to the Hong Kong 10s, as well as Bio_Activator and the combination was awesome. Drinking Cobra before, at half time and after each game meant I recovered so much faster than a lot of other players and the humidity didn't seem to get to me as much." "Bio_Activator is great as well. I've not been able to do much weights because of my hand, but having said that I don't think I have lost any muscle tone from not training. Another thing I noticed about the product is that it dramatically reduces muscle soreness. I took it before I went to bed and on waking and I had not soreness at all, normally I feel like an old man the day after games. Great products and I'll definitely be recommending and using them during pre-season."
