Please make sure you are going to be in at the delivery address. Some goods shipped will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in, a card should be left for you to collect your goods from your local depots. We use the word "should" with caution as invariably some individual postmen/courier drivers are not as efficient as they should be! Unfortunately this is one aspect of the industry over which we have no control. If you have placed an order and have not received it within a maximum of 10 days, please get in touch with us. Uncollected goods from the post office or courier depot. will incur a re-shipping and admin charge.

So to make sure you do receive your goods speedily with minimum fuss, you can supply us with a work address where you will be in. LA Muscle can deliver anywhere and it does not make any difference whether your goods are sent to your home or work address. If you want your goods to go to a separate address, then you can select this during the ordering process (subject to usual credit card checks for security reasons). Please note that for security reasons, this address will need to be an address "relevant" to you.

If you want to cancel, exchange or refund anything, we will gladly do so but our Terms and Conditions will apply. These are not unfair terms, just logical ways of doing business. So for example if you place an order and press "accept", then Worldpay will charge us an Admin fee for processing this order. If you then want to cancel it, we will charge you this admin fee. Shipping Costs For International Deliveries

To find out the exact shipping charges for overseas orders, select your products, go to the next stage and input your details (address etc) and at the next step you will see a full analysis of your order, including the shipping charges - based on your country. If you are happy, you can then proceed to checkout.

Please note that LA Muscle has no control over Customs in various countries. If your shipment gets held up in Customs (very rare), we will do our utmost to have it released, but we can't do much more. It is your responsibility to pay duties etc on foreign orders. If the shipment does come back to us, you will be credited back your money, minus our shipping, admin & P&P costs. Having said that, LA Muscle sends thousands of packages all over the world and they usually get there in 1-3 days with no problems.

Also if you go through to the final stage of ordering on lamuscle.com, we will be charged a processing fee by Worldpay. If you later change your mind, this fee will apply to any refund as it is a non-refundable fee with Worldpay.

Alternatively, you can send us a cheque in Pound Sterling (which will take 7 days to clear), Postal Order or Cash (Registered Post). Postal Order and Cash orders go out as soon as we get them!
