So, at 56 years of age, Ernestine Sheperd is told she is out of shape and needs to do something about it. She decides to take up aerobics and goes on to compete and win in 2 bodybuilding competitions and 9 marathons. Not only is she in the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest bodybuilder, she is probably also one of the oldest personal trainers in the world too!
Ernestine Sheperd's diet consists of 1700 calories a day, boiled egg whites, chicken, vegetables and a liquid egg white drink. She also runs about 80 miles a week. Now folks, what's your excuse? Can you imagine looking this good at 80? Amazing! Well done Ernestine, you are a true inspiration.
