The challenge consists of you following our instructions on taking any of the Bio_Activator range and if you don't think the taste is absolutely the best taste in protein powders you have ever tried, you get your money back! So here goes the challenge:

Purchase "any" Bio_Activator flavour that takes your fancy. Please try and not be boring! If one of the exotic flavours appeals to you, then try it, you have nothing to lose; they all taste incredible.

We are going to give you 3 recipes, so you can follow either according to your preference. Recipe 1 will be for those who like "thick" shakes. 2 for those who like smoother shakes. Recipe 3 for those who like thick shakes with a more exotic flavour.

1 - THICK SHAKE

• Pour 1-2 cups of milk or water into a blender (try less as you can always add more liquid if the shake is too thick)
• Pour 2 scoops of your chosen Bio_Activator flavour
• Pour 1 cup of Kellogs Rice Crispies
• Pour 1 teaspoonful of Flax oil (not essential but a good idea!)
• Put 10 ice cubes in
• Blend for 2 minutes

2 - SMOOTHER SHAKE

• Pour 1-2 cups of milk or water into a blender (try less as you can always add more liquid if the shake is too thick)
• Pour 2 scoops of your chosen Bio_Activator flavour
• Pour 1 teaspoonful of Flax oil (not essential but a good idea!)
• Put 10 ice cubes in
• Blend for 2 minutes

3 - THICK EXOTIC SHAKE

• Pour 1-2 cups of milk or water into a blender (try less as you can always add more liquid if the shake is too thick)
• Pour 2 scoops of your chosen Bio_Activator flavour
• Pour 1 cup of Kellogs Rice Crispies
• Put 1 x banana in
• Pour 1 teaspoonful of Flax oil (not essential but a good idea!)
• Put 10 ice cubes in
• Blend for 2 minutes

The above shakes are not only delicious, but do the following:

• Give you 48g of pure whey protein
• Give you 19 Amino acids
• Help you gain muscle. Regular users of Bio_Activator will see a dramatic increase in muscle size and muscle hardness.
• Help you lose fat. Consuming Bio_Activator in place of some meals can lead to a very noticeable decrease in bodyfat levels.
• Give you 14g Glutamate
