The Tortoise and The Hare

Achieving your physique goals is an individual journey. This is why you can't base your success and failures on other people, some people reach the top quickly the Hare's. Every sport and profession has them, Lewis Hamilton is a prime example reaching the top of his game barely out of his teens. Where as other hugely successful people didn't make it till later in life, George Clooney didn't make it till his late 30's. So what's this got to do with getting in shape?

Well like the vast majority of people out there I fall into the latter category. In this day and age there is so much information available to help us achieve our goals quicker and easy than ever before. So why are so many of us still not achieving what we want, whether it's getting a 6 pack for our summer holiday or stepping on stage and competing. What I will share with you in these 3 articles is how I got into my best shape ever and have become a professional model and stepped on stage to compete with some of the best natural bodybuilders in the country.
