Brisbane's top fitness expert and well-known world-wide model had an amazingly hard set of abs during her pregnancy. True to form, 5 days after giving back, Chontel Duncan has got her abs back! Chontel was doing HIIT and kickboxing at 38 weeks and generally carrying on with her gruelling fitness regime. Chontel revealed she sleeps an average of four to five hours per night only and eats an 80/20 diet - with 80 per cent wholesome and healthy and 20 per cent 'tasty treats', as she calls them.
Chontel who has over 400,000 instagram followers and growing says her pre-pregnancy condition certainly helped her look good and in shape during her pregnancy and has helped her get her abs and six pack back in less than a week after giving birth via C-section. Wow!
