Super hot Aydian Dowling, the bodybuilder and model who last year rocketed to the top of the leaderboard for Men’s Health‘s “Ultimate Guy Search” contest is now a top 5 cover finalist for the magazine.
Nothing unusual about this you may ask. The only difference being that Aydian was actually born a woman and regards himself as a transgender. In October 2009 Aydian began his first dose of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and since then, he has injected 0.5 cc’s of testosterone in his muscles every week. The changes were radical. He says: “I never knew how hairy men were!” but they never struck him as odd, or weird. “It just felt like I had finally finished growing up. I simply grew up as a female, and transitioned to a male.”
