3 week total fat loss with NO exercising

Sounds crazy, doesn't it? Fat loss without exercising, what a concept! In this article, I am going to give you a radical new approach to fat loss. Within 3 weeks, you will be healthier, thinner and would have totally detoxified your body. What's the catch? There is none.

Before we begin, I would like to reiterate that this is NOT for anyone who has a medical condition of any type or who suspects that they have a medical condition.


Firstly, you must get it straight in your head that for the next 3 weeks, you are doing 2 great things for your body. Firstly, you are completely detoxifying and secondly, you are going to shift some absurd amounts of bodyfat.

For the next 3 weeks, your diet will consist of fruits, vegetables, fruit juices, water and fish. You will not be having anything else. No wheat, bread, complex carbs, dairy products, meat, sugar, pastry, nuts, coke, 7Up whatever.

It is very important for you to realise that this is ALL that you are going to be eating and drinking. You will also be taking a good multivitamin/mineral supplement such as Multi_Protector. Before you start panicking, let me tell you that after the initial 2 days (where you may feel a bit unsettled), you will feel "great" on this diet. You WILL have energy, you will lose fat and you will start feeling great as the days progress.

If you are highly toxic, then during the first day or two, you may get a headache or feel a bit "out of it". Take an aspirin if you have to but don't start eating normally again. Stick to it.

Your goal is a 3 week total fat loss and detoxification programme, after which time you will look lean and feel great, so stick to it. You will not be disappointed.


The basic concept here is that you will be supplying your body with a constant steady flow of natural fruit goodness. You will not be consuming any carbohydrates, proteins or fats. The only thing that you will eat if you are "really" hungry and need intake of some solid food, is fish. You shouldn't feel hungry or tired as fruit is made up of simple carbs which if eaten constantly should not make a huge difference to your normal diet.

The benefits of this 3 week regime are far reaching and so many. If you are constipated, you will no longer be. If you are low on energy, you should see an increase. If you are holding excess body fat, you will start seeing it disappear.

This is not a dangerous or radical diet. It is a normal detoxification process which EVERYONE should do at least once a year. Here, we are doing it for detoxification as well as fat loss purposes.

To get maximum fat loss in the next 3 weeks, you will be taking Fat Stripper 3 times a day. This way, you will ensure that after the 3 weeks, you will have lost the maximum amounts of fat. As you will not be taking any complex carbs or much protein or fats, fat cells in your body will be mobilized to be used as fuel and Fat Stripper will ensure that excess body fat is removed during this process.


Many competitive body builders and even normal people are able to lose body fat without exercising. Cardiovascular exercising obviously speeds up the fat burning process but you can still lose body fat over short periods by manipulating certain things. For example, the more muscular you are, the more fat you will naturally burn. The less carbs you eat, the less fat you will accumulate (normally) and so on.

So while I would ordinarily advise cardiovascular exercise for maximum fat loss, you will see that with this regime, you will lose quite a bit of body fat and you would not have even exercised.

Should you be exercising whilst on this regime? Yes and no. Yes in that it will further increase fat loss, but no in that although you will have energy and lots of it, I would not advise that you go over the top. This detoxification process requires a lot of energy and if you are working as well, then you will want to make sure that your energy is not used up to the point where you will have none left!

So take it easy for the next 3 weeks in the gym and just follow the diet below. Bear in mind that you "may" lose some muscle as well during the next few weeks but this muscle will come back very quickly as soon as you resume eating small amounts of carbs and protein.


The best thing I can suggest to you is to go shopping when you have run out of most of the food in your house. It is no point doing this diet if you have "temptations" around the house, such as chocolates, cookies, fizzy drinks etc.

Go shopping on an empty stomach and buy any fruits, vegetables or fruit juices you wish. Don't buy any fish. You will only be having fish if you are really hungry, so no point pre-empting it.

You will start in the morning with any fruit you want and carry on the day eating fruits, vegetable and fruit juices. There will be no limits on what you are eating or drinking. Here is a typical daily intake – I recommend organic fruits and vegetables but you will obviously need to do this according to your budget, so normal fruit & veg are ok too:


  • 1-2 x bananas or apples
  • 1-2 x peaches/plums
  • 1 cup carrot juice or 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 x pills of Fat Stripper

Mid morning:

  • 1 x banana
  • 10-20 x strawberries
  • 1 cup of any juice


  • 1 x avocado
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • Big bowl of salad
  • 1 cup of any juice
  • 2 x pills of Fat Stripper

Mid afternoon:

  • 1 x banana or apple or pair
  • 1 x plum


  • Big bowl of salad
  • 1 cup of carrot juice
  • 2 x pills of Fat Stripper

Make sure you are drinking lots of water during the day. The above is just an example of what you can eat. Fruit-wise, eat what takes your fancy. Same with vegetables: carrots, celery, spinach, broccoli and so on. If you feel hungry, then eat more fruits and veg.

If you are really hungry, then have fish once a day, either for lunch or dinner. Make sure you keep this to a minimum though.

If you find that you are "really" low on energy, then you can have a jacket potatoe in the morning. This is not to be done every day. The idea of this diet is maximum fat loss and detoxification and at NO time should you be feeling too low on energy or depressed or anything negative – this is after the initial 2 days (where you may feel a bit low).


After a possible turbulent 1st day or two (I promise it will pass) you will start getting used to this regime. Your stomach will shrink and so you will not be hungry as often or want to eat as much.

If you find that currently you are the type that just can't go without food for more than 2-3 hours as you will get moody, the new regime will do wonders for you. It will totally revolutionise the way you view food.

During the regime, you will find that you can go for hours without the need for food and that you feel happy and content. Remember, you are not to starve yourself. You will be eating and drinking but only fruits, vegetables, fruit juices and water.

After a few days, you will notice bodyfat loss in your face and around certain areas. As the days progress, you will start feeling great about the way you are looking and the way your detoxification process is going. STICK TO IT.

This is NOT bad for your body. It is a great yearly "clean out" and an excellent remedy for many ailments too. The only condition this regime can aggravate is candida. It will be great for almost any other ailment such as arthritis, asthma, intestinal problems, constipation, skin problems and so on.


I have had many people who have wanted to continue with this diet permanently! You obviously can't do this all year round, but you can do a similar version if you wanted, adding more fish and potatoes.

To break the regime, I recommend you do a "gall bladder" cleanse. You can find the formula for this by doing a search in google. This consists of drinking Epsom salts followed by olive oil and lemon to naturally flush the gall bladder of any stones and is a great way of completing the detoxification part of this regime. It is not necessary to do this but highly beneficial to your body.

You can come out of the regime by slowly introducing your body to normal foods, such as more fish with a little rice or potatoes.

Once you have seen the "light", in that you really don't need to eat as much as you normally do, then if you are strong-willed enough, you will NOT go back to your old eating ways and thus you will keep your new trim physique.

The problem is that most people usually start eating like before. The great thing about this 3 week regime is that it really PROVES to you that you can survive and actually have more energy eating very little and eating naturally.

Our normal ways of eating 3 large meals a day are a case of just habit. All they do is they make you fat and lethargic. No one is saying not to eat, but that you should eat in moderation and you will find that if you filled you plate up with even half of what you normally fill it with, you will have more energy and less body fat.
