I can't login on the new site, what's wrong?
2 scenarios are applicable here:
1.Shopped on lamuscle.com before?
If you have ever shopped on lamuscle.com (the web site, not by phone) before (even if years ago) you would have had a username and a password. You CANNOT now create a new account with the same email address that you would have used before.So you must login as an existing user. If you can't remember either your username or password, then you can use the forgot username or password button and have them emailed to you within a few minutes.
A new password will be sent to your email address and you can then login using this. Once you log into your account, you can then change the password to whatever you choose.
2. Never shopped on lamuscle.com
If you have never shopped with lamuscle.com (the web site) before, then you need to create a new account. Please DO NOT do this if you have registered or ordered on lamuscle.com before. This is only for new "first time" customers. If you have ordered before and can't remember your details use this page to remind you!
